How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, add items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Provide your Pudo Locker/Kiosk preference (search here) in the "Company" Field and ZIP Code OR the shipping address if you would like to deliver to your door.

Add payment information, and confirm your order. That's it!

What payment methods do you accept?

At Secondhand Suburbia, we've partnered with Yoco as our trusted payment provider. This enables us to accept a wide range of payment options, including VISA and Mastercard debit/credit card payments.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on your location. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and packed within 5 days after quality inspection. You can expect to receive your package within 2-8 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information on shipping options.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery and return the item unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed instructions.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package from here.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We process orders promptly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to our customer support as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
