Once your order is placed, it will be processed and packed within 5 days after quality inspection. Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

We are pleased to offer the lowest possible shipping cost on all orders within South Africa for your utmost convenience. Enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience. Simply select your favorite items, proceed to checkout, add the details of your delivery (Pudo Locker/Kisok or Address) and leave the rest to us. Your order will be delivered to your closest Pudo Locker/Kiosk or doorstep.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time will depend on your location. Standard shipping within South Africa are generally 2 to 8 working days,
Should there be delays with regards to delivery, kindly make follow-up with the respective courier company providing them with the relevant tracking number. Alternatively you can e-mail your query to support@secondhandsuburbia.co.za.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment online.
Address Accuracy
It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid any delays or delivery issues. Please double-check your Pudo Locker Location name/shipping address during checkout, and ensure it is correct and up-to-date.
Order Updates and Notifications
We will keep you informed about the status of your order through email. You will receive updates regarding order confirmation, shipment tracking, and any significant changes or delays that may occur.
From the moment you receive the notification stating your package has arrived at one of the Pudo lockers, you will have 36 hours to pick up your package.
If you don’t pick up your package within the deadline, it will be sent to the closest Pudo Kiosk/Depot at no cost/responsibility to Secondhand Suburbia.
